This winter I have had a black sweater that I have loved.  It has been the first thing I have worn practically every time it has been clean. But this morning, I sighed... I am amazed by the news that the Pentagon recently created a law that they cannot buy flags made anywhere but the United States. Should this not have been a no brainer before? Spring is getting so close to being sprung.  This week it is finally going to pull out of the arctic and become above zero for all of us in North Dakota.  I am going to do some serious cart wheels down the street when it does!  All of this cold weather is depressing and for retailers...
